We are a 20-year-experienced company in the touristic and residential building sector. We are located in Pals, Costa Brava, Girona, Spain.

Among our activities, we deal with the administration of real estate, buildings and touristic resorts. We also deal with the management of the sale and the rent of these kinds of buildings. Consequently we have got experience in the real estate sector with a touristic orientation.

The Empordà-Costa Brava area is a well-known destination with a lot of experience in tourism, offering, as well as sun and beaches, a wide range of cultural, gastronomic and sport (golf, sailing, etc…) activities.

In 2006 we discovered, nearly by chance, the state of Paraíba (BRASIL) and more concretely its capital city, João Pessoa and its outskirts.

João Pessoa has a growing tourism, practically interior, that is to say, made up of the Brazilian people themselves. Consequently, the conditions for tourism exist and are very good. For the European people, we could say that it is about an extraordinarily beautiful and new touristic place, far from the overcrowded other areas of the same north-eastern Brazil.

If we are interested in investing, since it is an area that is ready but with a great potential for touristic growth in the next few years, we are offered better prices and as a matter of fact a wider margin for investment.
